rillettes as an entree.. they are usually duck or pork. the way it is cooked is to shred the meat and cook it in salt., pepper and goose fat. amazing dish.

as for a main course, confit de canard. it is duck thigh that has been double cooked and normally served with a dark sauce and chips.



the french rarely cater for vegetarians- so ignore the response on that.

Seriously...French Onion soup is awesome. Last time I went to a French Cuisine place, that's what I had as an appetizer, also had a shrimp dish that was very good, can't remember the name.

Bouillabaisse, soup like you will never forget!!!!!!!!!

Filet Mignon (rare), try the Boudin du Pays, Sea Fricassee (scallops, salmon, sole, sour cream, shallots (its Divine), escargot (snails), Goose Foie Gras (pate), Mimosa cocktail! You've got to have a Baguette sandwich from a sidewalk vendor if you don't try anything else!

You can give foie gras a try. Their seafood dishes is not bad too. It's easier if you ask the captain recommendation bcos they know what is their best dishes to go with which wines. You can rarely go wrong with their recommendations but still its always back to your own taste.
