Geitost is the name. I don't know of any stockists in Melbourne - but you should be able to buy it at the Norwegian church in Sydney - http://www.norway.org.au/norwayinaustralia/seamenschurch/church.htm. Or even get them to send you some.

Milk the cow in stkilda fitzroy st 167 i think just google milk the cow. They sell the original Norwegian cheese. ☺

This cheese is called Ski Queen in countries other than Norway. Not sure where you can buy it, but on the page below you can find who imports it to Australia.
